Return and Refund Policy

General Summary

Delivery is made via intermediary shipping companies not affiliated with Ruby Fashion.
Upon receipt, please open the order and verify it, the required color, material, and size before agreeing to receive the order from the representative.
The policy for returning products and money is 14 days before receiving the product.
If 14 days have passed since purchase. We cannot provide you with a return service.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The reason for the return must be a manufacturing defect in the product.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you that we have received the request and are working on it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the return.
If you are approved. The refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be received within 10 days.
If you only want to exchange the product and not return, you can contact us to submit your request.

Shipping prices to the governorates

45 EGP for shipping to Cairo and Giza.
60 EGP for shipping to other governorates.
100 EGP for shipping to New Valley, the Red Sea, North Sinai, and Marsa Matrouh.

Important note:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
